Pilot Terms

Pilot status

CircleUp is preparing a pilot. Registration is an expression of interest and does not guarantee acceptance, matching, service availability or any particular outcome.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the initial pilot.

Appropriate participation

Members must provide truthful information, treat others respectfully and follow the Community Guidelines. Skill exchange must not involve illegal activity, regulated professional advice without appropriate qualifications, unsafe work or exploitation.

Time credits

Any future time credits will be pilot participation units only. They are not money, investments, deposits, wages or redeemable financial products.

Peer support

Goal Rings and Peer Wellbeing Circles provide non-clinical peer connection only. Participants and facilitators must not diagnose, prescribe treatment or present CircleUp as medical care, counselling, therapy, crisis response or an emergency service. Where immediate harm may occur, call 000 and use an appropriate crisis service.

Safety reports

The member reporting form is for non-emergency concerns about CircleUp participation. Reports may be reviewed by authorised administrators and actioned under the pilot safety process. It is not continuously monitored.

Contributions

CircleUp is not currently represented as a registered charity. Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Suspension

Administrators may place registrations on hold or disable access to protect members, investigate concerns or maintain pilot integrity.
