This policy describes the current CircleUp pilot website. It should be reviewed before the pilot expands or collects additional information.

Information collected

Founding registration collects your name, email address, suburb or neighbourhood, participation interest and securely hashed password. The private safety form stores the category and text you choose to provide. Do not submit a street address, diagnosis, medical history, identity documents or payment-card details.

Purpose

Information is used to administer registrations, assess pilot interest, protect access, review safety concerns and communicate about possible participation. It is not represented as being sold to advertisers.

Health information

CircleUp does not request diagnoses or clinical records for the founding pilot. Peer wellbeing registration records an area of interest, not a health assessment.

Payments

If contributions are enabled, checkout occurs on an external hosted payment provider. CircleUp does not collect or store complete card details.

Storage and access

Registration and safety-report data is stored on the website hosting environment and is available only to authorised administrators. Reasonable technical controls reduce risk, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion using the contact method supplied by the pilot administrator. A public contact address will be added before outreach begins.

Children

The initial pilot is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Participation involving children requires a separate safeguarding design and organisational approval.
